WELCOME TO THE LAKE AND REST
MEDITERRANEAN APARTMENT!
We're delighted you chose to stay with us. To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, please follow these simple steps:
Retrieving the Keys
The keys are safely stored in a locker located to the right of the main gate. To unlock it:

Opening the gate
Once you have the keys, you'll find a remote control among them. Use it to open the main gate.
Parking the vehicle
After entering the gate, proceed straight ahead and park your vehicle under the porch. This is your designated parking space, located where you see the car in the reference photo.
Entering the Apartment
To find your apartment, turn right at the ground floor just past the stairs.
IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION
Italian law requires us to register all guests with the local police.
If you haven't already filled out the form at the address https://forms.gle/Ez5qAco9ADZu5wsQ8, please take a moment to do so. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can send a clear photo of your ID, passport, or driving license to our WhatsApp number: +39 351 407 0073. If you have already completed this step, we thank you for doing so.
IMPORTANT: WASTE MANAGEMENT
Please sort your garbage into the following categories:
- Paper
- Glass
- Light packaging (plastic, tin cans)
- Organic waste
The garbage bins are located to the left of the main gate.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
You'll find :
- a leaflet containing WiFi password
- dishwasher tablets
- salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, sugar, ... for your culinary needs
- 2 remote controls for air conditioning for cold and hot air
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
If you need to do laundry, the washing machine is located under the porch behind the grey door. Laundry soap is provided.
