WELCOME TO THE LAKE AND REST
OLIVE TREE APARTMENT!
We're delighted you chose to stay with us. To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, please follow these simple steps:
Retrieving the Keys
The keys are safely stored in a locker located to the right of the main gate. To unlock it:
Press Enter the code Press Turn the knob clockwiseC789#
Opening the gate
Once you have the keys, you'll find a remote control among them. Use it to open the main gate.
Parking the vehicle
Once inside the gate, turn right towards the swings. That it is also your parking space.
To park there I suggest going straight inside and then reverse as it is difficult to drive directly with a normal or big car.
Entering the Apartment
To enter the apartment, turn left at the swings and then turn left again.
IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION
Italian law requires us to register all guests with the local police.
If you haven't already filled out the form at the address https://forms.gle/Ez5qAco9ADZu5wsQ8, please take a moment to do so. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can send a clear photo of your ID, passport, or driving license to our WhatsApp number: +39 370 142 4104. If you have already completed this step, we thank you for doing so.
IMPORTANT: WASTE MANAGEMENT
Please sort your garbage into the following categories:
- Paper
- Glass
- Light packaging (plastic, tin cans)
- Organic waste
The garbage bins are located to the left of the main gate.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
You'll find :
- a leaflet containing WiFi password
- dishwasher tablets
- salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, sugar, ... for your culinary needs
- 2 remote controls for air conditioning for cold and hot air
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
If you need to do laundry, the washing machine is located under the porch behind the grey door. Laundry soap is provided.
